quality of the finish needs improvement

These rings have been my favorites and they are perfect for bracelets. What I like about them: the finish hue as it matches most for the links that I use. The durability is awesome. They have just the right amount of flexibility that is easy to work with and at the same time won't come apart easily when pulled. The size and thickness is right for both small and medium sized links. They close without a gap. So I have been ordering them regularly. On my last order the quality of the finish was terrible, it crumbled and impossible to work with them at all. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch. Things happen. Then one consumer of mine stopped by. She bought a bracelet about 8 months ago (from my first order) and all the pieces looked fine except for the rings. The finish is almost rubbed off! The manufacturer must improve the plating process. I will try one more time to order in a few months and if the quality does not improve then I will have to look for something else. Sad.
